This Privacy Policy explains how Astra Dynamics LLC, doing business as TAVESSO ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit tavesso.com, place an order, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact and order details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the products you buy.
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, products added to cart and similar activity, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Messages you send us: anything you write to us by email, social media or our contact form.

2. How we use your information

  • To process, ship and track your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you chose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, as explained below.

3. Advertising and analytics (Meta Pixel and Conversions API)

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To understand which ads lead to visits and purchases, we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, connected through Shopify.

When you browse our site or buy from us, information such as the pages you view, products you add to cart, your purchase, and certain contact details (for example your email or phone number) may be shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. Contact details are hashed (converted into an unreadable code) before they are sent. Meta uses this information to match your activity with your Meta account, measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads, according to Meta's Privacy Policy.

You can control this at any time:

  • In your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Your activity off Meta technologies.
  • By opting out of the sale or sharing of your data (see section 6), or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.
  • By blocking or deleting cookies in your browser.

4. Who we share your information with

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
  • Fulfillment and shipping partners, who need your name, address and phone number to prepare and deliver your order.
  • Advertising partners such as Meta, as described in section 3.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on the state where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or others), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct or delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.

To use any of these rights, email support@tavesso.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity before we answer. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request.

7. Children

Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was updated.
