Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel that has been worn or has had the hygiene liner removed cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email support@tavesso.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions within 24 hours on business days.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice. For any other reason, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
